I just got done reading this post I found after hooking up a Technorati profile and selecting a couple of search words to pull some other relevant blogs up, the posting mentions that “Technorati is lame”, I think it’s perhaps a bit better than that, but there’s certainly lots of room for improvement to most all of this Web2.0 stuff…
Speaking of, this has nothing to do with Go, but an interesting film I saw on YouTube is here, this attempts to explain what “Web2.0″ is all about in less than five minutes. It gives me the shivers to watch it, but I’m already a futurist and into this kind of thing, my SO watched it and was not as impressed. YMMV.
I’ll try adding some buttons to the side of the site and make some changes to the sidebar in the near future. I’m also keeping a close eye on those lastFM widgets, as I don’t want them to impact the site loading time. I also would like to get it so that the music I listen to on the go is getting captured, as this currently isn’t happening.
Today, I plan to make some diagrams and finish my explanation of the last tsumego I posted… /me crosses fingers.

David,
I really enjoyed watching that Web 2.0 video that you linked to on YouTube. I personally thought that it did a great job of explaining what’s happening with the Web right now.
By the way, since you’re interested in making some changes to your sidebar, I just thought that I’d suggest that you give our AutoRoll widget a try. It uses our recommendation engine to display links to blogs that are similar to yours from within the AutoRoll network. Not only is it customizable, but it also provides detailed statistics about the widget’s performance.
If you feel like giving AutoRoll a try, then please let me know what you think of it!
